The Pedestrian
- The theme of “The Pedestrian” is person vs society.
- Bradbury gets his message accross by telling a real life story, and proving what has become of todays society.
- the tone of the story is sympathetic and jerk (police)
- People don’t walk in 2018 because of technology, cars, and laziness. The distance from things are so far.
- Self driving cars are the next step into the future. They’re amazing and I’m amazed on how they work.
- Technology can lead to both freedom and isolation. Not a lot of people socialize anymore due to messages, or simply calling. Many others fear of expression their opinion in person, and they find themselves very empowering sitting behind a screen and saying what’s on their mind.
