Music during class.

Today during math my teacher was showing us a new lesson. Half way through me taking notes I heard music playing. Immediately I felt annoyed. I wondered where it was coming from. I looked around and I saw that my partner had one headphone on, covered with his hood, and the other headphone dangling from his collar. It was him. Playing that loud, obnoxious, distracting music. 

WHY NOW?!

Why isn't the teacher hearing this? Why hasn't she noticed? 

Out of all the hours of YOUR day, you decided to play music? During class? Not only is it pissing me off, but it's distracting me from learning. I get that you're bored, so am I. But i'm not going to stop what i'm doing, and play music to distract others who are trying to learn. Not only is it affecting me, but it's also affecting you. 

If you're going to be so damn distracting, don't come to class. You come to school to learn, not to compose a concert.
